About Us
Mtown88 is an online betting and casino platform built with one core goal – to deliver the best possible experience for Malaysian players. From live baccarat and blackjack to badminton betting, e-sports and progressive jackpots, mtown88 brings everything you need together in one secure, fast and user-friendly platform.
Who We Are
Mtown88 is more than just a domain name or a company on paper. It is the result of years of experience, in-depth research into the needs of Malaysian players, and a genuine commitment to building a betting platform that the people of this country can truly trust.
Mtown88's journey began over eight years ago when a small group of passionate, industry-savvy individuals spotted a significant gap in the Malaysian market. Most platforms available at the time either failed to understand local players' needs, did not support Malaysian payment methods, or operated with a lack of transparency. They set out to fill that gap — the right way.
The name "mtown88" reflects the platform's identity. "mtown" stands for Malaysia — the home of the players we serve wholeheartedly. "88" is a number that carries good fortune and luck in Asian culture, representing the spirit and hope we bring to every gaming experience on our platform. This combination is no coincidence — it's a clear statement of who we are and who we exist for.
"Our mission is simple: build a platform that Malaysian players themselves can be proud to use — safe, fair, fast, and in their own language."
"Our vision is to be Malaysia's number one digital betting platform of choice — built on trust, transparency, and an unmatched user experience."
Our Edge
Every feature we build, every decision we make — it all comes back to one question: is this truly the best experience for our Malaysian players?
All transactions and personal data are protected with SSL 256-bit encryption – the same security technology used by Malaysia's leading banks. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). No international credit card required — everything goes through the local channels you already use.
Your winnings are yours to keep. At mtown88, we process withdrawals in as little as 5 to 15 minutes to your preferred e-wallet or local bank account — no unnecessary delays, no intrusive questioning.
The mtown88 customer support team speaks Bahasa Malaysia and understands the local context. Reach us via live chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No more language barriers when you need help.
Over 200 games on a single platform — live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, Teen Patti, BWF badminton betting, MLBB esports, progressive jackpots, and much more. All the world's major providers are on mtown88.
Mtown88 offers a full suite of responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of stress.
When we say mtown88 is built for Malaysia, we mean every word of it – this is not just a marketing slogan. Picture the experience of a Malaysian player using an overseas platform: having to convert MYR into a foreign currency, paying international transaction fees, waiting days for withdrawals to be processed, and when something goes wrong, dealing with customer support that doesn't understand the local context and may not speak a language they're comfortable with. At mtown88, none of that exists.
We also understand that the Malaysian community is diverse – some players are drawn to live casino games, others prefer Sports Betting on badminton or cricket, many follow e-sports like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang with genuine passion, and some feel most at home with traditional table games like baccarat that are deeply rooted in Asian casino culture. mtown88 doesn't serve just one segment – we've built a platform broad enough to welcome every type of Malaysian player.
Mtown88's growth over these eight years was not built on large-scale advertising alone. It is the result of trust earned gradually through consistent action — paying out winnings on time, safeguarding members' data, responding promptly to complaints, and continuously improving the platform based on feedback from our player community. The 500,000+ members now registered with mtown88 are proof that this trust is not something we merely claim — it is something we earn every single day.
The mtown88 game library has been carefully curated to meet the diverse tastes of Malaysian players. Our Live Casino section brings the authentic casino experience to your screen – with professional live dealers running baccarat, blackjack, roulette and sic bo tables around the clock, 24 hours a day. Providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi ensure the highest standards of video stream quality and game integrity.
For sports fans, mtown88's Sports Betting section covers badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas & Uber Cup, local Malaysian badminton), cricket (Test, ODI, and international T20s), football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), esports (MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, PUBG Mobile), and a range of other sports. Our odds are updated in real time, with in-play betting available for selected matches.
The mtown88 Jackpot section offers the chance to win big from a single bet — with progressive jackpots that keep growing until a lucky player takes it all. We also carry a wide collection of slots from the world's top providers, spanning a variety of themes and game mechanics.
All of this – live casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, jackpots and slots – is accessible from a single mtown88 account, using one credit balance, from anywhere in Malaysia on your phone or computer. No switching between multiple platforms or juggling separate accounts. This convenience is one of the key reasons Malaysian players choose mtown88 as their digital home for betting.
Core Values
Every decision we make at mtown88 is grounded in these core values. Not just words — it's how we operate every single day.
We believe players deserve to know how every game works, what the house edge is on each bet, and exactly what each promotion requires. No hidden terms, no gimmicks — just clear, honest information.
Our players' interests come first in every business decision we make. From interface design to withdrawal speed, everything is built to make the player experience easier – not harder.
All live games at mtown88 use real dealers and physical equipment, broadcast via live stream. There is no digital manipulation in determining game outcomes. What you see is exactly what happens.
The mtown88 platform is continuously refined based on player feedback and advances in technology. We're never satisfied with the status quo – there's always room to deliver an even better experience for our community.

Our commitment to responsible gaming goes beyond regulatory compliance; it's a core value that shapes how we design our products and engage with our players.
We provide a complete set of responsible gambling tools to all mtown88 members — you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; set loss limits; set a time limit for each session; and, for more serious cases, activate a self-exclusion option that locks you out of the platform for a duration you choose yourself.
The mtown88 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We have a rigorous age verification system in place and train our entire support team to recognise signs of problem gambling and provide appropriate guidance to players who may need help.
